"The Fridge App" is a revolutionary and innovative application designed to enhance the user's kitchen experience by seamlessly integrating with their refrigerator. The app leverages cutting-edge technology to provide users with personalized grocery lists, recipe suggestions, and efficient meal planning based on the contents of their refrigerator.
Project Objectives
The main objectives of this project are:
1. Smart Inventory Management: Develop a sophisticated scanning system to accurately track the contents of users' refrigerators in real time. This will enable users to effortlessly monitor their inventory and reduce food waste.
2. Personalized Grocery List: Generate dynamic and tailored grocery lists that prioritize items running low, anticipate users' needs, and suggest additions based on their usual orders.
3. Efficient Meal Planning: Provide users with recipe suggestions based on the ingredients available in their fridge. Incorporate additional ingredients that users input, allowing for creative and adaptable meal planning that accommodates varying dietary requirements and preferences.
3. Minimize Food Waste: Suggest meal to users foritems approaching their expiry dates.
Design Criteria
1. User Centric Design: The app interface should be intuitive and user-friendly. Navigational elements, such as menus and buttons, should be logically organized and easy to locate.
2. Seamless Integration with Refrigerator: The app's scanning technology should seamlessly identify and track items in the refrigerator, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates. Integration should work reliably across different types and models of refrigerators, providing a consistent experience.
3. Accurate Inventory Management: The app's scanning and tracking technology should accurately identify items, quantities, and expiry dates. Updates to the inventory should be reflected in real time to prevent inaccuracies
