The scope of the Valet Integration Extension project is defined to encompass the seamless integration of valet services into the existing "ONR APP," a comprehensive application designed for Homeowners Associations (HOAs) and Condominium communities. The primary objective of the project is to enhance the convenience, efficiency, and community experience by extending the ONR APP's functionality to include valet services.

Project Objectives

The main objectives of this project are:

1. Simplifying Valet Services: The project aims to make it easier for residents to use valet services, which help with parking cars and delivering them when needed.
2. Improving Convenience: By adding this new feature, residents can request valet services through the ONR APP, making their lives more convenient.
3. Better Community Experience: The project intends to enhance the overall experience of living in shared communities by offering an integrated solution for valet services within the app.

Design Criteria

1. Cohesive Design: The design still had to follow the same use of color scheme and visual identity as the ONR APP in order to make it feel like one cohesive part of a whole.
2. Ease of Use: It also needs to maintain the ease of use that the ONR APP always strives for with easy access to important information and smooth valet services experience.

User Flow


The user flow was thoughtfully designed with the valet's tasks in mind, aiming to simplify their job using the app. Through the integration of the ONR App, a key feature which involves a smart scan function which identifies the owner or resident. This recognition capability significantly reduces the time and effort required by valets to identify the individuals they are assisting. The app goes a step further in enhancing the valet process by also remembering past visitors. If someone has visited the condo before, the app intelligently recalls their previous visits. The combination of these features demonstrates a user-centric approach, focusing on making the valet's job easier and more effective while enriching the overall user experience within the community.
